What we do
Most firms sell you one of these. We do all three, because the customer experience does not respect the boundary between designing it, running it and building the technology under it — so neither do we.
-
Kataru Advisory
Diagnose and redesign the experience: the journeys customers actually take, the operating model behind them, and the case for change that a board will fund.

Kataru Business Services
Operate the result. We run our own contact centres across six countries — bilingual where it matters, follow-the-sun where it counts — so the design and the delivery answer to one team.

Kataru Labs
Build and run the automation. Conversational AI, agent tooling and the plumbing that connects them — shipped into production and measured, not demoed and abandoned.

How they combine
A typical engagement starts in Advisory — a hard look at what customers are telling you and where the experience breaks. Where it makes sense, Business Services then runs the redesigned operation, and Labs builds the automation that carries the load. You can buy any one of the three. Most of the value is in not having to stitch them together yourself.
